These Site Rules form part of your Licence Agreement with MEGA Yards Limited (“Facility Owner”) and are designed to ensure the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the site for all customers.

Units are provided strictly for storage purposes only.

- Operating a business from the unit
- Customer or client visits
- Retail, trade counter, or commercial activity
- Manufacturing, processing, or assembly

All items must be stored safely and securely within the allocated unit.

Customers are responsible for securing their units.

No excessive noise, dust, fumes, or disturbance.

Deliveries must be controlled and short in duration.
